Hell Week
If you went to a college with lots of frats and sororities, you're probably familiar with the term "hell week". That's what the past few days have been like for me: problems coming from all directions, driving in lousy weather, feeling overloaded, etc. Hence, no blogging for me! So, I thought I'd do a week in review post:
The pink shoes were a gift from the lovely V., wife of our quintet's clarinetist. Love them! I think they look like they should have been Andie's gym shoes from "Pretty in Pink".
Vest: Old Navy T shirt: Target Pants: Limited (thrifted--$1) Bag: Kathy Van Zeeland Shoes: Gift from V.
The earrings were a bridesmaid's gift from my pal LibrisLeo.
Shirt and skirt: Macy's Oxfords: Nine West Necklace: City Buddha
Jacket: H&M Dress: TJ Maxx Boots: Born Cuff: Target
Dress:Sears Necklace: Avalon Exchange Shoes: Tahari via TJ Maxx
Friday was chilly and rainy,so I needed a jacket. Trench: Ebay Scarf: Betty Bling from Madison WI trip
Blouse: thrifted cami: Ann Taylor Jeans: Levis, Thirifted in WI Shoes: Betty Bling
I had to include a shot of the zodiac scarf I wore with my trench. Gorgeous!

Tuesday and Beyond...
Tuesday evening my friendPedro Gomezand I ate yummy food
and then we moved this into my house
Peaches had no idea why I was so excited, but she loved playing in the newspaper the china was wrapped in. I also DID spend a couple of days at work playing catch up. Here's one of my outfits. I got the color scheme from InStyle (July, I think).
Jacket: NY&CO T Shirt: H&M Necklace: ? Skirt: Banana Republic
Friday's Outfit: Top: JC Penney Jeans:Target Bag: Kathy Van Zeeland
And I experimented with nail polish:
OPI Steady as she rose under Sinful Colors glitter
Essie Burgundy with the same glitter polish.
That brings us to today's outift:
Top: Target Shorts: NY&CO Bangle: City Buddha Hello Kitty Watch Shoes: Nine West
I ran a few errands and Debby Harry went long for the ride. Necklace: Blue Arrow Records
Hope you're having a fantastic weekend! Happy Labor Day!

Long Weekend(s)...
I was lucky enough to have long weekends the past the two weeks. Weekend #1 was spent visiting my family and seeing Fright Night in 3-D. I also went to the museum where my Dad works to see the new exhibits. Did you know the first water lines were wooden?
We also went to brunch at one of our favorite places, the Bedford Springs Hotel.
